We offer standard deliveries in the Chicago area. We offer anytime 4 hour notice in advance and specific or schedule delivery time and pickups. If specific times, dates, or off hours are needed, there will be an additional cost. Holiday and peak season may also be taken into account for delivery cost. A minimum rental purchase may apply to qualify customers for delivery.
You may book your rental items on our website directly or contact us so we can help you make your reservation on the website. All reservations must be done through our system on the website for easy processing.
Rent Deposit Payment
The rent payment is payable by 50% down to guaranty the rent and the 50% balance at the time of pickup of the rented items. No refund of any kind at all shall be made, whether Customer requests for the cancellation of the rental for whatever reason.
Returned / Cancelled Payment
In the event that a payment is returned or cancelled due to insufficient funds, Customer agrees to be liable and pay an additional $35.00 penalty fee that will be charged to customer’s payment method.
No. We do offer flexible payment methods, but our rental items are fully paid upon pickup.
We offer hourly and daily rental rates. You should be able to check the cost of your rental on our website by selecting the item and the rent time frame. If you need more than that, contact us for more information.
