AGREEMENT / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions for the rental of chairs:

Rent Deposit Payment

The rent deposit payment is payable by 50% down to guaranty the rent and the 50% balance upon the return of the rented chairs. No refund of any kind at all shall be made, whether Customer requests for the cancellation of the rental for whatever reason.

Returned / Cancelled Payment

In the event that a payment is returned or cancelled due to insufficient funds, Customer agrees to be liable and pay an additional $35.00 penalty fee that will be charged upon Customer upon final payment.

Inclement Weather and Fortuitous Events

In case of severe weather, Tikva Rentals may cancel the agreement without any expense on behalf of Customer. Tikva Rentals will process refund within 30 days from the time of cancellation.

Delivery and Pick-up

Customer is responsible for pick-up and return. However, Tikva Rentals will deliver the Rental items to the designated address of the Customer at an additional cost based on the distance, arrangements, structure , and condition of the location. This applies to pick-up and return on the specified end date as indicated in the form filled out by Customer.

Customer Responsibility

All chairs will be returned on the specified return date at the leasing time in the same condition as they were rented. In case of damage, a separate assessment will be made for its repairs or replacement. In case of damage, Customer will be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage due to causes of ordinary wear and tear. Customer will not sublease the rented items to anyone or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.

Return

All chairs must be returned on the specified date and time at the moment of rental. In case of failure to return the rented chairs on time, a separate assessment will be made for the delayed and lost businesses; and Customer will be responsible for an additional cost incurred except as otherwise past due occurs because of uncontrollable conditions such as natural causes.

Subleasing and Illegal Usage

Customer will not sublease the rented items to anyone or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.
